This service is offered to a wide range of disciplines including education, health, local authorities and the voluntary sector. Areas of specialism are particularly within the field of child protection. A particular interest of ISWCA is the co ordination of I.C.S and how it impacts upon frontline staff.
We aim to cut down on paperwork and unify processes to save duplication and create effective time management. This is coordinated by an I.T specialist and a person with a social work back ground who is experienced with using numerous computer systems to input social work information.
Should the problem be major or minor we will endeavour to solve the problem making the social work role and the collection of performance indicators (P.I’s) more effective.
