ISWCA is developing rapidly in terms of the recruitment of its workers and meeting the services requested in its flexible and motivated approach. We work closely with organisations, local authorities and Independent organisations both within the public and private sector to develop an understanding of our clients differing needs to ensure that staff are appropriately matched when choosing assignments.
With a range of individuals and professionals who have different areas of expertise allows for assessments and training that is tailored to a child, individual or organisations needs.
All staff used for assessment and training purposes are qualified social workers, many are holding supervisor/ management positions within local authority or the voluntary sector. All workers provided undertake Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks and are registered with the General Care Council for Wales (GCCW). Applications are completed and references have been approved. This ensures that the worker is reliable, trustworthy and experienced in the field. If you require a specific service not listed please call us to discuss.
